The Pavilion and Governor Apartments consists of 41 One and Two Bedroom Hotel Apartments, providing unbeatable city views and a rooftop entertainment area with outdoor dining facilities.  

Direct Hotels prides itself on continually improving its environmentally friendly practices and reducing its carbon footprint, and is proud to partner with the Eco Expo. With policies in place such as changing linen weekly & servicing the apartments every three days rather than daily, this assists with reducing water & power consumption. All apartments are fitted with a mains power switch to cut the power to the apartment when not in use and are also water efficient to help guests reduce their water consumption. All common areas are equipped with energy efficient LED lighting which operates via sensors to minimise electricity use. Recycling bins for all glass, paper and cardboard are available in each building and the hotel reception recycles all paper where possible.
