Visit the Eco Expo 14-16 September, at the Brisbane RNA Showgrounds! Exhibition Building, 600 Gregory Terrace, Bowen Hills, Brisbane QLD, 4006
Volunteering at the Eco Expo is a great way to contribute to the community, learn more on sustainability, enhance your career prospects, meet new people, and – have a lot of fun.

Volunteer at the Eco Expo

This is a great opportunity for all hospitality students, recent graduates or just those dedicated to making a difference. You will also meet our latest TV Chef Winners (Alex & Emily).

We are proud to include opportunities for any age, nationality or background, reflecting the diversity of our Expo the nature of sustainability being a worldwide issue. Most of our visitors will have their initial contact at the Expo through meeting a volunteer, so we are on the hunt for the most dedicated, enthusiast people (who are willing to commit to their own eco step), to be the ‘face’ of the Eco Expo!

We have created exciting, fast paced hospitality roles to ensure you get the best out of your volunteer experience.

About the Progressive Picnic (where you will be volunteering):

Visitors will enjoy a modern, multi-course journey into sustainable dining (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). Mingle with expo ambassador Khory Hancock, a.k.a the Environmental Cowboy, as well as TV Chef Winners, Alex & Emily!

In an industry with so much waste and excess, we figure – why can’t we have fun, look good, and DO good, all at once? Hosted and designed by Brisbane’s favourite eco event superheroes, ‘The Commune Space’, this event is specifically curated with the conscious consumer in mind, winning us all some solid karma with Mother Earth.

• Mingle with The Environmental Cowboy
• Three course meals cooked by TV Chef Winners, Alex & Emily including one beer and three wines
• Guest speakers on sustainable dining and waste
• Organic vegan wine tasting master class
• Coffee or tea included, in your own ‘keep cup’ to take home! rrp $22
