Who is Jessica Wasteney

Jessica has formulated a delicious, healthy, sustainable, and zero waste snack made with cricket powder. Jessica has been environmentally conscious from a young age and became fascinated with nutrition after a poor vegetarian diet left her anaemic. She sought a diet that aligned with her environmental values, yet still gave her the essential nutrients she needed. After researching the increasingly popular world of entomology – eating insects, Jessica found an alternative, nutrient dense protein source that was not only incredibly healthy, but also cricket protein is the most sustainable protein on our planet. This aligned with her values and upon introduce cricket protein into her life, she felt re-energised, so she wanted to spread the word! She has spent considerable R&D in formulating a nutrient-dense and environmentally friendly cricket powered bar and inline with sustainability she sought compostable packaging. Her mission is to power you today and protect the world tomorrow.
